Ln Prof Kamalakshan introduced the chief Guest. He gave a lively introduction drawing on the similarities between Lions and Rotary Movements. Rotary works in the field of Polio eradication just like Lions' major field of work is sight.
Our PDG Ln K Damodaran honoured him with a plaque and recollected how he was also given a reception at Payyanur Rotary club when he was Lions Governor. Incidentally, Rtn VG Nayanar is relative of our PDG.
VG Nayanar gave a lucid and friendly talk, as usual. He is already popular and friendly with our club members. He said, rotary helped him in developing himself, personally, and gave him a platform to perform, and meet people.
Rtn Thejraj Mallar also accompanied VG Nayanar.
