 The new club was inaugurated on 14th June 2025 by DG KV Ramachandran PMJF. PMCC Dr Rajiv S inducted the new members. PDG Dr K Damodaran installed new office bearers, President Pramod Puthalath, secretary Anoop V, treasurer Er Vaishak PV. 

 

Region conference

 Region conference was held in the club on 25th April 2025. Adv AV Vamankumar, GAT area leader was the chief guest. 

 

Orthotic Camp

 Orthotic Camp was held in LC Payyanur and prostheses were distributed. Lion Er T Ratheesh was the program chairperson. Municipal chairperson KV Lalitha inaugurated the program. Dr Sajin, Dr Hema Vishwan and Dr Manoj examined the patients.

VDG Ravi Gupta visits Payyanur

 1st VDG Ravi Gupta PMJF and his spouse Reeja Gupta MJF visited our club on March 21st 2025. Charter night was observed, and past presidents and PDGs were honoured during the meeting. 

DG Visit by KV Ramachandran

 District governor KV Ramachandran paid his official visit to the club on 31st December, 2024. 

Honoured Sri P V Manoharan Master on Teacher's day

We honoured Sri P V Manoharan Master, who is also current secretary of the club. He was a teacher in Kendriya Vidyalaya for 33 years. 

Donation for Vayanad Disaster

 Lions club of Payyanur has donated Rs 1,31,000/- towards the District's efforts towards the Vayanad Landslide disaster. We handed over the check to Lion Vinod Bhattathirippad. 

Sponsored a new club, LC Pariyaram Aspire

We Sponsored a new club, LC Pariyaram Aspire which was inaugurated on 3rd August, 2024 at Yamunatheeram resorts. Dr Balakrishnan Valliyot was installed as President. He was installed by Dr Rajiv S, PMCC. DG K V Ramachandran inaugurated the club and 1st VDG Ravi Gupta inducted the members.

 We honored Lion Dr Shanbag, who is a senior Gynecologist of Payyanur. 

Installation of Gangadharan Allakkat

 PDG Sreenivas Shenoy installed Gangadharan Allakkat as president, P V Manoharan as secretary and P Mohanan as treasurer for the year 2024-25.
